Vintage Layout - Tutorial

POST- 24

OLD is GOLD. Do you believe that..? Well i do. I like old music, styles of dresses we had, and much. From the old times or may say from the yesterdays time things has changed and few have grown. In this growing and changing time we all use to get some ups and downs. But all you need to stick to is to yourself the way you are and be authentic in your own ways. Here is my all time favorite way to work with. Its vintage with shades of blues to go with.

Here is a tutorial for the same. ( products link at bottom )

STEP-1 here i took two pattern papers for this layout. i did fussy cutting with brick paper and then placed as shown. Then i used modelling paste with stencil and used some stamps for background 1 with black archival and 1 with golden embossing powder. and then added some azure sea blue shade to play with some blue colors.

STEP-2 After i was done with my background i added some scrap papers and my mood of yesterday photo on to my layout making sure my background steel gives some textures.

STEP-3 Well i struggled little here while arranging my embellishments. I added some flowers, die cuts, fillers, art stones, chipboards, sisal fibar, some sentiments to the work. I also added some colors to my chipboard and leafs with azure sea blue shade and did some dry brushing with white gesso on to my flowers here and there. But i was steel not satisfied so i added some crackle effect with white gesso using stencil. And then it was all set to go. Here are some closeups for the same.
